Our Aspire Higher Program is a Youth Enrichment Program centered around providing knowledge on subject matters not normally taught in schools in to improve the personal development of our youths that is needed for success. Our mission is to empower our youths to "aspire higher" which will lessen the chance of them becoming a statistic in the juvenile justice.
